Sarah is an accomplished Human Resource professional with over 15 years of experience working with international organizations. She brings a wealth of expertise in managing human resource functions for both emergency and development programs, particularly within donor-funded projects supported by agencies such as USAID, Australian Aid, Irish Aid, BMZ, Korean Aid and UNICEF.

She is well-versed in human resource policies and procedures at both the national and international levels, with a deep understanding of compliance and best practices in humanitarian and development contexts.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Ndejje and Makerere Universities, respectively. She is at Level 5 of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Sarah is also a member of the Uganda Human Resources Association of Uganda, Federation of Uganda Employers, Avado Human Resources community group and International Non-Governmental Organization’s Human Resources Network
