Alvin is a management professional with 19 years of experience in child Sponsorship and community development with international organisations. He has provided leadership in sponsorship programming, quality assurance, sponsor relations, child protection and capacity building at both field and national levels.

His current role entails sponsorship management, designing performance systems, assessing capacity gaps and training for staff and volunteers. He also coordinates key donor office initiatives and engages with local partners on sponsorship-related issues.

As a coach, Alvin has guided numerous professionals and organizations in enhancing their leadership and management skills. He has conducted workshops and training sessions with a focus on effective communication, team building and strategic planning.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Biblical Studies and Leadership from Charis Bible College. He is a certified International Masters Coach with the Global Entrepreneur Institute
