Learning Through Play
This project seeks to enhance early childhood development for refugee and host-community children aged 3–6 years in Palorinya Refugee Settlement, West Nile, Uganda. Commenced in September 2025, the project improves access to quality early learning through center-based ECD services, benefiting 300 children with stimulating play and learning opportunities. It strengthens the capacity of 300 parents in responsive caregiving, trains 20 center management committee members, while equipping 18 teachers to strengthen teaching quality and transition to primary school. Through evidence-based, partnership-driven and sustainable approaches, the project aims to ensure children achieve age-appropriate developmental milestones.
