Felix is an IT professional with over 11 years of experience in ICT management, network administration and computer systems administration. He has a proven track record in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance organizational efficiency. His expertise spans computer networks, system diagnostics, troubleshooting, user support and the formulation and execution of IT strategies.

Felix has served as a Field Engineer at OneSolutions, where he was responsible for deploying internet solutions for clients, providing technical support to companies and organizations, implementing backup systems and installing and configuring VOIP solutions. He has also provided IT consultancy services to several reputable organizations, including the USAID ABT Voucher Plus Project, VVOB, the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Vijana Corps.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Makerere University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the same institution. He has also undertaken specialized training in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Intune and Entra Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 deployment. His additional certifications cover hardware and network troubleshooting, as well as network security for both Windows and Linux environments.
