Vincent is an accomplished communication strategist and public relations expert with over four decades of distinguished service across government, banking and media sectors. He is widely respected as a trusted advisor, diplomat and institutional leader, recognised for his dedication to public service and institutional development. He has demonstrated excellence in communications, stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership across national and international platforms.

He brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and leadership at both national and international levels. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Public Relations, obtained from the University of Leicester (UK) and Makerere University, respectively. He also holds a Diploma in Journalism from the Institute of Public Administration (now Uganda Management Institute), alongside two additional diplomas in Central Banking and the Economics of Banking from Finafrica College in Milan, Italy.

Throughout his career, Vincent has provided high-level strategic communication and public affairs counsel to key institutions such as the Office of the Vice President, Bank of Uganda and the Private Sector Foundation Uganda. He served as a media and public relations advisor to His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II and was a founding member and two-term president of the Public Relations Association of Uganda.

In addition, he has held several leadership positions, including Chairman of Uganda Printing and Publishing Corporation, President of the Rotary Club of Ntinda, Director of External Affairs for the China-Africa Friendship Association Uganda and Chairman of the Ebenezer Devotion Centre for Rural Community Development, with a focus on empowering women and children.
